Ages 16+

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surf lessons for individuals and groups.

• Ensure the safety of participants during lessons.

• Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their surfing skills.

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.

Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certified (we offer this before the start of camp)

• 3+ Years of surfing

• Strong ocean swimming skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching style to accommodate different learning styles.

• Passion for surfing and sharing the joy of the sport with others

Compensation: $17-20
